Shipments to the USA and European countries typically arrive within 10 to 12 days, though delivery times may vary. Please note that there is no EXPRESS shipping option available for the UK.
I'm currently not well-versed in the new packaging regulations recently implemented by the German Government. Unfortunately, this means I cannot fulfill orders to Germany at the moment. German-based buyers, please take note. Feel free to message me for any inquiries, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Care instructions
My designs are mostly thread works, so follow below care instructions:
1. Keep the jewelry in polythene bag.
2. Keep away from water, perfumes and any chemicals on the jewelry.
3. Always wear jewelry after you completely dressed up.
Shipping Support
Standard/Free Shipping: We will offer as much support as possible, but once we ship the package it is out of our control.
If you have ordered via 'Standard Shipping', we will not be responsible for the lost/damaged/stolen-in-transit goods.
No replacement of goods or money return for such orders. Thus we advise 'Express Shipping' of $15 per order.
Express Shipping: We recommend this shipping mode for safe, secure and fast delivery usually within 7-9 business days. In case, if the purchase doesn't reach you by 20 business days post dispatch day, then we will "fully refund" your purchase including shipping charges.

We offer FREE SHIPPING and EXPRESS SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE will be done using "Registered Mail" of Indian Postal Services.
Although we have experienced no loss of packages sent through India Post, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. It is a 100% safe, secure, and fast delivery usually within 7-9 business days.
However,if you want to save on shipping charges,you may opt our FREE SHIPPING method using Indian Registered Postal Service i.e. Standard Shipping Mode. (Please note that parcels sent through India Post CANNOT BE TRACKED once they leave the country)
Delivery Duration
1. Standard Shipping/Free Shipping : 12-15 business days
Sometimes, the delivery time may exceed the usual timeframe, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. Parcels are usually left at the doorstep or in the mailbox, so regular mailbox checks are recommended. Please note that these circumstances are beyond our control and not within our responsibility.
2. EXPRESS SHIPPING : 8-10 business days
If your purchase hasn't reached you within 20 business days from the dispatch date, we will issue a "full refund", covering both the purchase and shipping charges.
Tracking Shipments
We will provide you tracking number on the order. Tracking can be done on Indian post website www.indiapost.gov.in depending on the carrier and later on your country's postal service website.
But please know that tracking may or may not be available after parcel leaves India. The reason is tracking status of the parcel are not updated in a timely manner in a few countries like USA, UK and other European countries. But the parcel will be moving. If tracking shows still 'In Transit', it means the status of shipment is not updated regularly by the postal departments of these countries. In such cases the customer need to keep patience.
